Post Sessions - on quotes
Hi - yet again having another look at studiocloud.

We work on events, i.e. enquiry comes in asking for a quote for a particular date in the future - One event per day but at anyone time we may have half a dozen quotes out for a specific date.

I can see Session # and Session date in the quote/invoice settings, which I've manually changed to be Event # & Event Date, however when adding a quote, these features do not appear nor is there any option to input this data on the client or estimate page?

How do I get this to show?

Or does SC not work this way?

Please refer to the following tutorial to link an event with a quote. The event has to be linked to show up on the printed invoice.

https://app1.studiocloud.com/support/index.php?/article/AA-00553/109/

To customize the printed invoice to have the event details on it please do the following.

Click on the Point of Sale component
Click on the Settings tab
Click the Customize Look & Feel button
Click on the desired checkbox under the "Event Information" header. This is on the "Printed Invoice/Estimate/Quote Settings" tab.

After doing that update the wording.

Click on the Point of Sale component
Click on the Settings tab
Click the Customize Wording button
Update the wording under the "Invoice Information" section.

When you print the invoice the event information will appear in the top right section under the Quote Information header
