Post Changes we would like to see in Cloudbooking
Cloudbooking suggestions:

New Customer Login” box in Cloudbooking:

• “First name” and “Last name” are locked as a required field. There is no way to customize the name of that field. (For example: change to “Senior’s first name” or “Parent’s first name.”)

The clients' view of the calendar / booking process:

• What the client sees is not visually appealing as other online booking companies. We would like to see a more professional looking format.

• Welcome/info box: it would look better across the top, or to the left of the "new customer" box. The box should expand with the text, instead of the client having to scroll.

• The current day of the calendar is shown as "booked" for every half hour. (This happens when the option "Do not allow client to book same day" is selected.) Very confusing looking, especially as all the following days display custom times. Please allow current day to show business hours, or simply be blank.

• After the client books his appointment, he is left at the end of the calendar, with nothing to click. There is no option to "Return to Homepage." This can be confusing for the customer. It would be nice to have a final, customizable window, where we could thank the client, or give a link back to our website.

Customized emails
• It would be nice to be able to customize the email information we receive after a client books.

• It would be nice to be able to customize the initial confirmation email that goes to the client. (The new cloudforms offer this, but cloudbooking does not.)

Please refer to the new HTML CloudBooking announcement which includes many of the features that you are requesting.

In the future please do the requests as separate requests so people can vote on them individually.
